Project Manager of CCTV and access control systems, ideally based in central or southern Scotland. This exciting opportunity with an international company comes with a basic salary of £55,000 (negotiable) plus car or allowance, performance bonus and benefits package.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated security systems projects across Northern England and Scotland.

This role focuses on CCTV and access control systems, with a strong preference for candidates who also have some experience with fire alarm and life safety systems.

The Person

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Candidates will need a strong background in project delivery with strong technical knowledge of CCTV and access control, ideally with fire alarm knowledge, a full driving license is also a requirement.

The Role:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and handover

• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites

• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Prepare and manage project documentation, including RAMS, schedules, and reports

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., BS EN 62676, BS 5839, BS 7273)

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and health & safety compliance

• Oversee commissioning, testing, and client training

• Provide technical support and mentorship to engineering teams
