Overview
In this security-focused role, you will maintain CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems to ensure reliable protection. You will partner with a team to deliver high-quality service to our high-end clients and assist with on-site documentation for client files. Ongoing training supports your professional development as you handle a variety of related duties. This position offers hands-on work with security technology in a client-facing environment, shaping safer premises and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
- Deliver high-calibre customer service to clients
- Assist with on-site documentation for customer files
- Undertake continuous professional development/training
- Perform other related duties as required
Key requirements
- Competent using technology (laptops, measuring devices, smartphones)
- Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and asset records
- Good customer service skills for dealing with high-end clients
