Senior Service Engineer - Electronic Security SystemsJob Summary Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality. Perform reactive service visits as required to meet contracted customers service level agreements. Perform planned preventive maintenance visits as required in line with contracted customers service level agreements. Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems, addressing queries and offering solutions to resolve issues. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reactive service and planned preventive maintenance reports. Work closely with the service administration and engineering teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our clients. To be available for standby on a call out Rota, as required within the team. As the business grows manage and mentor service engineering teamSkills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven experience maintaining and repairing security systems, such as CCTV, intruder alarms and access control. Experience with IP-based security systems, networks and security systems software applications. Relevant industry and manufacturing training is favorable. Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check Full, clean driving license Participate in a 24-hour emergency call out Rota system Some work away from home
