We design, manufacture, install and maintain LPS 1175–rated security doors, walls, screens, counters and asset-transfer protection systems.

We also supply and maintain Speed Gates, Turnstiles, Security Portals, Pass Doors and Automatic Doors for major UK organisations.

Our customers include many high profile Corporate, Government and CNI clients.

We work directly with end users as well as through consultants, architects and the construction supply chain.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to win new business and grow revenue from existing and dormant accounts.

The Role A target-driven sales role focused on developing strategic relationships across the Construction Sector and Corporate end users, managing a strong pipeline and delivering profitable growth.• Identify and develop new sales opportunities• Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors and end users• Grow revenue from existing and dormant customers• Prepare proposals and quotations• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide progress reports About You• Proven success in Business Development within Physical/Electronic Security, Automatic Doors or Specification Sales• Strong knowledge of LPS 1175–rated solutions, SR rating or ballistic and blast regs.• Experience selling into construction and corporate environments• Excellent pipeline, account and relationship management skills• Target-driven with the ability to clearly sell value in a competitive market Salary of 45-50k + Basic with 20-30k + OTE & car allowance Flexible on location just need to be in the Southern office a couple of times a month.
