Demonstrable experience of leading resilience, business continuity and crisis management activity at a senior level in a corporate environment.

  • Experience in business continuity, maintaining business continuity management systems and a strong comprehension of ISO 22301:2019.
  • Experience in incident and crisis management, leading response teams at strategic, tactical and operational levels and managing incidents for an organisation.
  • Experience in writing and delivering crisis exercises to all levels of the organisation, including senior executives.
  • CBCI or equivalent certification.
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered).
