Investigations Manager

Home Location: Flexible within Europe

As Investigations Manager you will oversee and manage complex investigations that address critical business risks, including counterfeit goods, illicit trade, fraud, and misconduct. This key role offers the opportunity to lead impactful investigations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with law enforcement and other stakeholders across the region.

The Role

As the Investigations Manager, you will lead a team of investigators, develop investigation strategies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a vital role in protecting the organization’s assets and reputation while driving initiatives to strengthen the company’s security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform investigations as directed in Country and in region (Europe).
  • Collect evidence (invoices, receipts, photos, samples, etc.) to support criminal claims and law enforcement operations and ensure evidence chain of custody and product authentication.
  • Coordinate investigations, which includes the deployment of 3rd party investigators.
  • Support the local and regional legal team with necessary enforcement actions including liaising with local & regional attorneys.
  • Train and educate company staff, distributors and external stakeholders to increase detection and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative networks with local law enforcement.
  • Review relevant intelligence information to identify potential sources of counterfeit/other illegal products and where necessary perform open-source intelligence (OSINT) related investigations.
