Diverse client base successfully installed in commercial real estate, retail centres, tall buildings and security/FM companies. With investment backing and strong market traction, they are scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to help them grow. Forecasted year‑on‑year growth of 50%.

The Role

We are recruiting a results‑driven business development professional to accelerate growth across key sectors. As an individual contributor, you will source, develop, close new business opportunities and shape the go‑to‑market strategy. This high‑impact role works closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to build long‑term client partnerships. Lead outbound prospecting campaigns using multi‑channel outreach, support marketing with content ideas, sector insights and campaign feedback, attend industry events, conferences and exhibitions to represent the company.

The Person

Proven experience in a B2B software (SaaS) sales environment, background in selling incident and critical event management, PropTech or security tech SaaS. Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to achieve.
