We have been retained by a leading physical security systems integrator to recruit for this pivotal role, helping the organisation during its next phase of growth.
The Role
Strategic, client-facing leadership of a £15m UK-wide service business, responsible for the sales, delivery and growth of a market-leading service to end-users, including global tech companies, financial institutions, CNI and other enterprise systems stakeholders. Management of a team of 50 staff.
The Person
Degree educated (or equivalent) Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of leading and growing a technical service team, developing both sales and operational delivery, with a deep understanding of pricing, margins and P&L management. The role calls for well-developed customer-facing skills, internal and external communication expertise and commercial acumen.
