The Role
Working as part of a newly established team, you’ll support a wide range of security operations across multiple sites in London. This role suits individuals who thrive on variety, responsibility, and real-world problem solving.
- Deliver high-quality security support using modern technology and best practice
- Assess situations rapidly and take decisive, appropriate action
- Travel across London sites to maintain strong security presence
- Identify, deter, and report suspicious activity or vulnerabilities
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
- Adapt quickly to evolving threats and operational requirements
- Provide cover during peak demand or team absences
- Accurately document incidents and operational activity
About You
This role is ideal for candidates from a military background looking to apply their skills in a civilian environment. We’re looking for:
- Former military, law enforcement, or experienced security professionals
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
- Experience in areas such as physical security, surveillance, or incident response
- A proactive, “can-do” mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Willingness to work shifts (days and nights)
- SIA Licence is beneficial but not essential—support can be provided to obtain this.
