Experience in business continuity, maintaining business continuity management systems and a strong comprehension of ISO 22301:2019.
Experience in incident and crisis management, leading response teams at strategic, tactical and operational levels and managing incidents for an organisation.
Experience in writing and delivering crisis exercises to all levels of the organisation, including senior executives.
CBCI or equivalent certification.
Degree-level education (or equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered).
