An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and rapidly growing national service provider delivering Security Guarding, Event Security, Commercial Cleaning, Remote CCTV Solutions, Concierge Services and Waking Watch/Fire Safety Services across the UK.
This is a genuine new business role offering the autonomy to develop your own national territory, build strategic client relationships and secure high-value, long-term service contracts.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving the company’s continued growth by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across multiple service lines.
Your responsibilities will include
- Generating and winning new business opportunities nationwide.
- Developing relationships with Facilities Managers, Procurement Teams, Property Managers and senior decision-makers.
- Selling Security Guarding, Event Security, Commercial Cleaning, Remote CCTV Solutions and Waking Watch services.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award.
- Preparing proposals, quotations, tenders and client presentations.
- Attending client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful mobilisation of new contracts.
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales and revenue targets.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced business development professional who understands the outsourced services market and has a proven history of winning new business.
You'll ideally have
- At least 3 years' Business Development or Sales experience.
- A proven track record of winning contracts within Security, Facilities Management, Commercial Cleaning, Fire Safety or Remote CCTV services.
- Experience securing service contracts valued from £500k to £1m+ annually.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing competitive tender submissions.
- Existing relationships with Facilities Management companies, Housing Associations, Construction businesses, Property Management companies, Local Authorities or large commercial organisations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently across a national territory.
- A full UK driving licence.
