Experienced BIM-CAD Engineer with 5+ years’ experience producing detailed technical drawings and BIM models for structured cabling, electronic security, and audio-visual systems. Skilled in using BIM technologies and CAD software to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs across multi-disciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce BIM models and CAD drawings for structured cabling, security, and AV systems
- Develop layouts, schematics, containment routes, and equipment locations
- Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP, and ICT disciplines
- Maintain drawing standards and support clash detection
- Update designs through all project stages, including as-built documentation
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in BIM-CAD design for ICT, security, and AV systems
- Strong structured cabling design knowledge (copper and fibre)
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM/CAD tools
- High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
