Requirements
- Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices and smartphones
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards
Responsibilities
- Maintain CCTV, intruder and access control systems
- Deliver high-calibre customer service
- Assist with completing on-site documentation for customer files
- Undertake continuous training to support professional development
- Complete other related duties as required
