Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year
Requirements
Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices and smartphones
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Good customer service skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work on your own initiative
Knowledge of relevant industry standards
Responsibilities
Maintain CCTV, intruder and access control systems
Deliver high-calibre customer service
Assist with completing on-site documentation for customer files
Undertake continuous training to support professional development
Complete other related duties as required
