Security Supervisor β Prestigious London Location 42 hour week, 4 on and 4 off over nights and days with 12-hour shifts, 07:00 to 19:00 four days and 19:00 to 07:00 four nights. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a dedicated team of officers at this prestigious private estate. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, residents, visitors, and assets, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to security and emergency response protocols. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Wardens during shifts. Organise rotas, allocate tasks, and monitor performance. Serve as the first point of contact for any management or security issues on shift. Maintain accurate records including Daily Occurrence Book, CCTV logs, and access control audits. Ensure compliance with GDPR, Data Protection legislation, and internal security procedures. Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and residents to address security concerns. Conduct risk assessments, fire drills, and routine security checks. Deliver training, recruitment support, and professional development for team members. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging security technologies. Person Specification Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Minimum 2 yearsβ experience as a security officer with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, alarms, and access control. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions. Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Honest, discreet, and highly professional with a solution-focused approach. Numeracy and literacy skills; experience in cash handling. SIA Frontline Door Supervisor licence preferred.
