Regional Loss Prevention / Security Manager – UK/Ireland Flexible location, ideally from Midlands up to the North About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager – UK to join our Client's growing global retail organisation. Reporting to the Global Security Manager (Retail), you will play a critical role in safeguarding our people, assets, and corporate reputation. With a strong focus on retail operations, loss prevention, and risk management, you will drive security initiatives across the UK & Ireland, while collaborating with teams in Europe and the USA. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong external and internal security networks. * Identify and mitigate potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities within retail operations. * Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for risk mitigation strategies. * Manage retail crime prevention programs and minimize stock losses. * Monitor and evaluate security guard performance and effectiveness. * Support security planning for new retail store openings and business events. * Ensure all security incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved with actionable recommendations. * Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and store security reviews. * Assist in corporate travel security, ensuring the safety of business travelers. * Lead crisis preparedness initiatives and oversee incident response efforts. * Promote innovation and operational efficiency in security practices. Required Skills & Experience: * Expertise in security risk assessments and mitigation strategies within retail, logistics, or manufacturing. * Extensive experience in stock loss prevention, shrinkage control, and crime prevention. * Knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.). * Strong data analysis skills to identify security trends and report findings. * Understanding of relevant civil, criminal, and employment law. * Experience in corporate investigations, event security, and crisis management. Experience: * Strong background in retail loss prevention, corporate security or a related field. * Proven expertise in retail security challenges, crime prevention, and stock loss controls. * Demonstrated ability to protect people, assets, and corporate reputation. Travel Requirements: * Domestic and international travel may be required, depending on business needs. Budget & Resource Management: * Support the Head of Group Security and Global Operations Manager (Retail) in optimizsng financial and operational resources.
