We are recruiting a Control Room Manager for our client, a leading security services specialist. In this exciting opportunity, the successful candidate will lead the launch of a brand-new, state-of-the-art security control room at one of London’s most prestigious iconic multi-purpose destinations. The Control Room Manager will be responsible for the CCTV, alarms, incident response, and 24/7 security operations across a high-profile estate. This role offers a rare opportunity to build a control room operation from the ground up, shaping policies, technology, and team culture, to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while working closely with emergency services and senior stakeholders.
