SSR Contract & Technical is seeking a Pre‑Sales Design Lead to drive scoping, design, costing and tendering for Smart Building solutions across sectors such as enterprise, hospitality, residential and data centres.

You will lead technical and commercial input through bid and pre‑construction phases and manage handover to delivery teams.

The role covers full lifecycle from enquiry to contract award, requiring strong experience in designing, estimating and tendering.
