This independent fire alarm systems installer is looking to recruit an experienced Fire Alarm Systems Project Manager ideally based west of, or in West London (Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire) to oversee and successfully complete fire detection projects across London and the Home Counties. The successful candidate will manage installations of various sizes from handover through installation, commissioning, and client sign-off, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple fire alarm installation projects
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and variations
  • Ensure compliance with BS 5839 and safety regulations
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and progress reviews
  • Produce and manage project documentation, RAMS, and handover packs
Requirements
  • Proven experience of successful fire alarm project managing fire alarm system installations
  • Strong technical knowledge of a variety of fire detection systems
  • Good understanding of BS 5839 and UK fire safety regulations
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence

This excellent opportunity comes with a basic salary to £65,000 plus car/allowance and benefits package.
