This national fire and security systems installer is looking to recruit a small works delivery manager to join their projects team. The successful applicant will take full ownership of all small works projects, from initial scoping through to successful delivery, ensuring each project is planned effectively, executed to the highest standard, and completed on time and within budget.

This is a key leadership position overseeing project teams, driving performance, making sure the operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with organisational goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project management (feasibility, planning, monitoring progress & improving delivery)
  • Team leadership (delegation, support and motivation)
