Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer to work out of their Manchester office, supporting the design and delivery of sprinkler systems across a variety of major construction projects. Key Responsibilities Design and coordinate sprinkler systems with clients, consultants, contractors, and other trades. Produce working drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material schedules. Monitor design programmes to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications. Attend site and design meetings as required. Support procurement activities and issue completion documentation and certification. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and company procedures. Requirements Proven sprinkler design engineering experience. Strong knowledge of LPC BS EN 12845 and Factory Mutual Standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous. Experience with hydraulic calculation software (Canute preferred). Knowledge of NFPA standards desirable. LPCB qualifications and a construction/engineering-related HND or Degree are advantageous. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
