We're recruiting a BIM Coordinator for a leading fire alarm installation and controls specialist working on major commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong Revit skills and experience in fire alarm, electrical, or building services environments.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools
- Coordinate fire alarm layouts with M&E and architectural teams
- Support clash detection, model reviews, and BIM standards
- Attend site meetings and carry out surveys
- Working on large, high profile projects
Candidates for this role will need good experience working as a BIM Coordinator, with strong Revit and other BIM modelling skills, with a background in fire alarm installations, electrical installations or building services, with experience and confidence working on large, complex projects.
