Strategic, client facing leadership of a £15m UK wide service business, responsible for the sales, delivery and growth of a market leading service to end-users including global tech companies, financial institutions, CNI and other enterprise systems stakeholders. Management of a team of 50 staff. Degree educated (or equivalent) Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of leading and growing a technical service team, developing both sales and operational delivery, with a deep understanding of pricing, margins and P&L management.
