This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to move into a genuinely hands‑on in‑house role within an ambitious and fast‑paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with founders, senior management and investors, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and international expansion. The role will involve:
- Advising on equity financing rounds and wider corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating investment agreements and shareholder documentation
