A leading international finance practice is looking to hire a junior associate into its London Trust & Asset Servicing team.

This is a finance-focused role, with a particular emphasis on supporting corporate trust, agency and issuer clients across both cross-border and domestic financings.

The team offers a broad mix of work and sits within a well-established transatlantic platform.

It is led in London by a partner well regarded for their work in structured finance, debt capital markets, high-yield, loan agency and project finance, and the work spans both live transactions and the more complex issues that arise after closing.

This is not a standard execution-only seat.

The role offers exposure to a combination of new-money transactions and post-closing advisory work, including restructurings, defaults, remediations and bondholder matters.

It is a strong opportunity for an associate who wants real responsibility early, close client contact and the chance to develop a specialist skillset in a busy, technically demanding finance practice.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a lean and high performing team.
