A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its specialist Technology Disputes team in London. The group acts for major global technology clients in complex and high-profile litigation, including disputes involving digital platforms, software, and online services.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ PQE from a top-tier disputes or technology practice;
- strong experience in contractual and technology-related litigation;
- an interest in the technology sector and emerging digital issues;
- familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment affecting technology businesses; and
