One of our leading UK firms is building out its Tax Litigation practice in London. An uptick in work and the team’s growth plans mean they will look at Associates/Senior Associates at all levels between NQ and 8PQE.

It is a broad tax disputes practice, covering all forms of direct and indirect contentious tax matters, including managing tax risk, HMRC investigations, and tax litigation before the tax tribunals and higher courts, with a particular focus recently on the technology, financial services, and contingent workforce sectors.
