This elite US law firm is looking to hire a Tax associate at the NQ-5PQE level to continue the growth of the team. The team advises on public and private M&A transactions, reorganisations and reconstructions and corporate finance, with a particular focus on both U.K. and international private equity transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established tax practice at an elite US firm offering a genuinely broad scope of work.
Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to tax-related advisory work on public and private M&A transactions, reorganisations and reconstructions, and corporate finance.
- Engage with U.K. and international private equity transactions as part of a broad tax practice.
Qualifications
- The candidate will be from another leading City or US law firm or a Commonwealth law jurisdiction.
