Job Description
This elite US law firm are looking to hire a Tax associate at the NQ-5pqe level to continue the growth of the team.
The team advise on public and private M&A transactions, reorganisations and reconstructions and corporate finance, with a particular focus on both U.K. and international private equity transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established tax practice at an elite US firm offering a genuinely broad scope of work.
