A US law firm is seeking a Talent Development Manager to join its London office and support its Corporate practice. This newly created role reflects the continued growth of the team and will focus on providing comprehensive support to partners, associates and trainees.

The position combines staffing, workload management and career development with a strong emphasis on pastoral care. A key part of the role will be acting as the first point of contact for associates to discuss workload balance, progression and development opportunities. You will also oversee review processes, contribute to training and induction programmes, and support recruitment of both trainees and lateral hires.

Requirements

The firm is looking for a lawyer with a minimum of five years’ PQE, ideally from a corporate practice, who is interested in moving into a people-focused role. Strong interpersonal skills and an organised, proactive approach are essential.
