We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed technology company operating within the physical AI sector. Headquartered in the UK with an international remit, the business is developing cutting-edge technology for a global customer base that includes a number of well-known blue-chip organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to move into a genuinely hands-on in-house role within an ambitious and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with founders, senior management and investors, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and international expansion (current valuation of $400m).
The role will involve:
- Advising on equity financing rounds and wider corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating investment agreements and shareholder documentation
- Supporting on corporate governance and Companies Act matters
- Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
- Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business
- Managing relationships with external counsel where required
