This leading Magic Circle firm is looking to hire a 4+ PQE Associate into its top-tier Finance team in London. The practice is widely regarded as a market leader in syndicated lending, investment grade corporate loans and cross-border financings. The team advises a premium client base, including major banks, corporates, sovereigns, funds and alternative lenders, on complex, high-value and often market leading transactions.

You will join a well-established London team working closely with highly regarded partners who are leaders in their field, regularly advising on big-ticket financings and headline M&A transactions. The role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including:

  • Investment grade and cross-border financings
