Funds Associate/Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) | London

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Funds Associate (3-6 years' PQE) to join a growing and ambitious Funds team in London.

This role is ideal for a high-performing associate looking to accelerate their career within a leading international law firm.

  • Strong investment funds experience.
  • Experience advising on fund transactions, including primary investments, secondaries and co-investments.
  • Confidence drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation, with experience of facility agreements viewed favourably.
