SSQ is working with a leading Construction team at a Magic Circle firm in London to hire a Senior Associate (6/7+ PQE) into one of the standout Construction & Infrastructure practices in the market. The team sits at the very front end of the construction space and is heavily involved in data centre work, which is a key growth area and currently generating some of the most significant digital infrastructure projects being developed.
They also advise on major transport and infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, large-scale residential, mixed-use and regeneration schemes, complex real estate development and investment deals, and development financing and funder-side construction matters.
They are looking for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with at least 6PQE, ideally gained at a top UK, US or international firm, with strong non-contentious construction experience. You should already be operating at Senior Associate level, comfortable taking ownership of matters, managing clients and running workstreams with partner support, and have experience across infrastructure, development and real estate projects.
