The Role

The successful candidate will work as part of an established disputes team advising a broad range of clients on significant commercial litigation matters.

The role offers early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to play an active role throughout the lifecycle of complex disputes, including trial preparation and advocacy support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters.
  • Advising clients on a wide range of complex commercial disputes.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications and other court documents.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing strategic advice.
  • Assisting with trial preparation and attending hearings where required.
