A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer with a strong background in Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets to join its growing specialist team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad mix of Public M&A, ECM and IPO transactions, while also gaining exposure to wider corporate and private M&A matters. The team acts on high-profile domestic and international transactions and is particularly active in the public company space.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Be predominantly focused on Public M&A and ECM work, with at least 50% of current practice in these areas.
  • Be comfortable undertaking broader corporate and private M&A matters where required.
  • Demonstrate high-quality transactional experience and strong technical ability.
  • Be ambitious and keen to play a visible role in a growing practice.

The team advises on:
