A well-established and fast-growing global investment firm is looking for a capable and motivated Senior Paralegal and/or Corporate Governance professional to join its legal team in London. This is a senior-level position with broad exposure across corporate governance, legal operations, and transactional support.

You will be working in a lean and high-performing legal team that operates across multiple jurisdictions, supporting senior lawyers based in London and collaborating closely with international colleagues. The culture is collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented, with real scope for progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a variety of legal matters including early-stage transaction documents (e.g. NDAs, engagement letters, offer letters, reliance and release letters)
  • Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, and company secretarial functions
  • Support on entity management tasks including incorporations, register maintenance, and corporate documentation
  • Organise and manage legal documentation using the internal document management system
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
  • Gain exposure and training from experienced funds and transactional lawyers in a global context
Candidate Profile
  • Solid transactional legal experience, ideally within a funds, private equity, or asset management environment
  • Experience assisting with fund formation or investment structuring
  • Proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and document management systems (experience with SharePoint and legal tech such as Ontra is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
