An opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Finance lawyer to join the top-tier Banking and Finance team at a Leading International Firm’s London office. This highly regarded team is part of a global platform spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The practice acts for an elite client base including global banks, financial institutions, funds, and borrowers, advising on complex structured real estate finance matters. Their work covers senior and mezzanine loans, securitisations, agented CMBS transactions, NAV facilities, loan-on-loan financings and acquisition bridge lending – often across multiple jurisdictions.

The role will focus on advising lenders and sponsors on large-scale real estate finance and leveraged loan transactions. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating full suites of finance and security documentation, liaising with clients and counterparties, and delivering high-quality legal analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE from a leading UK or international firm.
  • Significant experience in structured real estate finance and investment transactions.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills, and a confident, commercial approach.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and collaborate across teams.
  • Solid academic background (2:1 degree or higher).
