An elite international law firm is looking to recruit a 2-6 PQE Projects Associate into its London Infrastructure & Projects practice. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded team working on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure, energy and defence projects.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of matters spanning nuclear energy, defence procurement, government contracting and EPC contracts, with exposure to cutting-edge projects at the intersection of infrastructure, technology and national security.
The role will involve: advising on major infrastructure, energy and defence projects; drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and other complex commercial agreements; and supporting clients on procurement, government contracting and risk allocation issues.
- Advising on a multibillion-pound next-generation supercomputing procurement.
- Supporting strategic investments into critical minerals and energy projects.
- Advising on transactions involving cybersecurity, defence and critical national infrastructure assets.
- Advising on pioneering carbon capture and storage projects and wider energy transition mandates.
The role will offer you exposure to highly specialised work across the energy, defence and infrastructure sectors, to develop expertise in a growing area of the market with significant government and private sector investment.
