SSQ is working with a high-growth SaaS business in London, backed by strong investment and with ambitious international expansion plans, looking to hire a commercial Legal Counsel. This is a broad in-house role offering real variety and visibility, working closely with the GC and senior stakeholders across the business.
The role:
- Acting as a key legal contact for the business on day-to-day queries
- Leading on commercial contract negotiations (Software, cloud, vendor and partnership agreements)
- Advising across sales, product, tech and regulatory matters
- Supporting on IP, data and compliance-related issues
- Managing external counsel and supporting on project work
- Helping to improve legal processes, templates and playbooks
- Contributing to regulatory, audit and investor-related workstreams
