Public M&A Associate | 3–6 PQE | Top US Law Firm | London

We are working with a top US law firm looking to grow its London Public M&A team as part of a significant investment in its European corporate offering.

The firm has an elite global M&A franchise and is continuing to build its London capability, with a strong pipeline of work coming from its US practice, European private equity client base and growing UK public M&A offering.

The team advises on UK public takeovers, take-privates, cross-border M&A and other complex corporate transactions, acting for major corporates, financial institutions and private equity sponsors.

They are looking for an associate at 3–6 PQE with strong UK public M&A experience from a top law firm.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity to join a growing London practice, work closely with highly regarded partners and play a meaningful role in the continued development of the team.
