This elite US firm is looking for a mid to senior level transactional IP associate to join its market leading team. Working primarily on transactional IP/IT support, the role also spans artificial intelligence, data privacy and cybersecurity, offering a genuinely diverse and interesting caseload.

The team is very well-positioned and led by a personable, supportive partner. This partner's clients include an array of impressive large-cap PE sponsors as well as major corporates across technology, media and financial services, and they are considered one of the leaders in this field.

You will be common law qualified and will have demonstrable non-contentious IP experience from a top-tier law firm, ideally with exposure to technology and IP due diligence in an M&A or private equity context. Experience across data privacy, AI regulation or cybersecurity would be advantageous.
