A rare opportunity to step into a high-impact, global legal role at a leading international professional services firm. We are looking for an experienced employment and executive compensation lawyer to advise at the very top of the organisation. You will sit within a global Employment team, supporting senior partners, executives, and advisors across the full partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and promotions to cross-border moves, compensation structures, and exits.
This is a strategic, senior-facing role with real influence. You will work closely with leadership on partnership governance, executive pay, restrictive covenants, and complex international issues spanning employment, tax, and regulation.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years’ PQE in employment law, with strong exposure to executive employment contracts, compensation and partnerships.
- Experience in complex, international environments (in-house preferred).
- Gravitas, commercial judgment, and confidence advising senior stakeholders.
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset with excellent drafting skills.
