Their Global Restructuring Group have been involved in many of the most complex and ground-breaking cross-border distressed, restructuring and insolvency matters in recent years. They are sought after by companies, financial creditors (including par and distressed funds), creditors' committees, trade creditors, contractual counterparties, buyers and sellers of assets of distressed companies, directors, senior management in multi-jurisdictional restructurings, insolvency matters and distressed related engagements.
