This elite US law firm is looking for a March or September 2027 NQ to join their top tier Finance team in London.
The finance team is experienced in handling complex debt financing transactions for borrowers and lenders including direct lending, leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border syndicated lending, distressed debt trading, portfolio acquisitions and restructurings.
They are specifically looking for candidates who have trained with a top tier UK or US law firm, or looking to relocate from Australia or Singapore, have excellent academics and have some credible experience in any Finance area.
