We are working with an international law firm who are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Restructuring & Insolvency team on a fixed-term contract.

The role can be based in London or Bristol, with flexibility for hybrid working. They advise on high-profile domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters that are primarily non-contentious. Lawyers in the team work closely with all key stakeholders in distressed situations, including corporate debtors, lenders, and sponsors.

The restructuring practice works closely with colleagues across the firm’s UK offices and international network. The team is well-resourced and collaborative, and is comprised of dedicated restructuring partners, associates, trainees and a knowledge lawyer.

The firm is seeking a qualified lawyer with experience in restructuring, insolvency, or special situations. 1–8 years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience).
