One of our leading UK firms is looking for a Data/Cyber Associate at the 2 – 5 PQE level. Candidates must have experience of advising on EU and UK digital regulation specifically from the data, privacy and AI side.

The team need an individual who has experience advising on the GDPR and EU AI Act, and who has advised on typical contracts required under GDPR (data processing agreements, intra-group data transfer agreements) as well as on the application of GDPR to new technologies.

They should be an individual keen to understand the impact of AI on individuals and how it will transform businesses.
