The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 1-4 years’ PQE within a reputable corporate practice
- Strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions
- Excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills
- Training and/or experience gained at a Magic Circle or leading US law firm preferred
