Our client is seeking several associates to join its market-leading Corporate Insurance team in London. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most active and fastest-growing insurance practices in the City. The team advises on a broad range of insurance-related matters, with particular strength in insurance M&A, private equity investments, regulatory work, capital markets transactions and strategic investments across the sector offering exceptional breadth.
Unlike many specialist insurance practices in London, the practice benefits from strong US client relationships and regularly works on cross-border mandates involving clients across the US, Europe and London.
The successful candidate will be a qualified associate from an Australian law firm, ideally with strong exposure to corporate, private equity, financial institutions, regulatory or insurance-related matters. Insurance experience is not required, although an interest in the sector is essential. Excellent academics and a strong training record are prerequisites.
The role offers top-of-market remuneration, outstanding partner access, high levels of responsibility from day one and a clear long-term growth trajectory within one of London's most stable and ambitious insurance teams.
