The practice is broad, giving associates the opportunity to build experience across a varied Competition workload.
The team advises on a wide range of Competition matters, including
- UK and EU merger control
- Cartel and regulatory investigations
- FDI matters
- A smaller proportion of contentious Competition work
The London team is well established.
There is a clear emphasis on developing lawyers internally, with a strong track record of promotion from within the team.
